HashChing’s Verification of Identify (VOI) App is a secure video call solution designed to engage and capture customer identification documents.
The VOI App allows customers to engage online with their broker and capture and collect:
• An image of the customer
• Images of customer ID documents
• Verification of customer using biometrics
• Document authenticity checks
• Caller location using geolocation tracking
All video calls are recorded for compliance purposes. Use of the App can only be initiated by an authorized Broker who issues the relevant call request to a Customer.
